Concourse D'Elegance.
A marvelous collection of classic Porsche cars will be on display at the "The Red Mill Museum Concours D'Elegance" held on the grounds of the historic Red Mill Museum Village. The show is organized as a regional event of the Northern New Jersey Region, Porsche Club of Amerca to benfit the Red Mill Museum Village and its work. The club was founded in 1957 and has been involved in a number of charitable events during that time along with educational programs and Porsche car events.
Featuring over 60 Porsches of varying models. Trophies will be awarded for first, second, and third place for each model class. Judging begins at noon. Trophies will be awarded at 1:30pm. Show cars can register for $25.00 at concours@NNJR-PCA.com.

This event is hosted by the NJ Blacksmith’s Association, under the direction of association trustee, Eric Cuper, and our own resident blacksmith Robert Bozzay. The day’s activities will center at the Museum’s Blacksmith Shop where local blacksmiths and NJBA members will be on hand to demonstrate and sell their work. Tool dealers and collectors are invited to tailgate, sell and swap their smithing tools and accessories. Among the items to be found will be anvils, blowers, forges, vises, hammers, and tongs. Admission for the day’s activities is $8 for adults, $6 for seniors, and $5 for children (6-12). Free for children under 6, museum members and for NJBA members

Learn everything there is to know about living greener. We have 30 plus green vendors with information and products relating to green building design, green energy, recycling, preservation, organic farming and holistic living. We also have a great schedule of programs--with Lecturers, book signings, children's activities, turn your trash to treasure workshops, and much much more. In the background throughout the day we will have live music by the Swamp Grass Jug Band (using all recycled objects for instruments), Free admission to the public!!!!

Friends of the Red Mill Museum Village New York City Bus Trip. Guided Tour of the Tenement Museum--discover how immigrants survived economic depressions between 1863 and 1935; and then tour the Merchant's House Museum--and learn about the saga of the wealthy Tredwell family who lived in this home from 1835 until 1933. Plus, enjoy a buffet lunch at the Bowery Bar and Grill. Cost: $80.00 per person includes bus transportation, tours and lunch. The Red Mill Museum Village is a private, non-profit organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions are eligible for the maximum allowable federal tax deduction.
