Through its 12 buildings, its exhibitions—both permanent and rotating—of its collection of 40,000 artifacts, and its ongoing educational/outreach programs, the Red Mill Museum Village seeks to preserve, maintain, and present to the public the social, agricultural, and industrial heritage of Hunterdon County and its surrounding area.
Saturday and Sunday, 12:00 to 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday, 12:00 to 6:00 p.m.
Open only for the Haunted Village fundraiser. There are no regular Museum admission hours during this timeframe.
Closed Mondays, New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve.
Please note that the Museum closes early at 3pm for private events on the following dates in 2018: May 5, July 7, September 2, September 15, and September 22, and the museum is closed for the entire day on Saturday September 1st.

Admission to special programs and events varies and is announced in advance. We welcome groups, scouts, schools, engagement and wedding photos by appointment – please call ahead for rates and availability.
The Red Mill Museum Village is located in downtown Clinton, NJ.
From I-78 East or West, take exit 15 (Clinton/Pittstown). Turn right on to West Main Street. Turn left at Clinton House, then proceed 50 yards to the Museum Entrance.
