2017 Calendar of Events


February 25 - Jersey Paranormal Investigations - A Night at the Red Mill.  7pm-midnight


Join Jersey Paranormal Investigations for a night at the historic Red Mill Museum Village. The evening begins at the Friends Meeting house with Ghost Research 101 where we teach you the basic skills Ghost Researchers use on their investigations, including how to use the equipment and how to do an EVP Session. Then spend 4 hours investigating the Mill along with other buildings on the property.

Cost is $60 per person.  Space is limited!
All Proceeds Benefit the Red Mill Museum Village.
No one under the age of 18 permitted.

March 12 - Mulligan’s Saint Patty’s Day party.  After the Friendly Sons of Saint Patrick parade in town, come on over to the museum for family-oriented Saint Patrick’s Day activities, crafts and treats. 3:30-5:30pm. $10 admission per family.


April 6 - Museum members are invited to the opening of our newest exhibit Over Here: The New Jersey Home Front, a WWI centennial exhibition.  Details coming soon!


April 8 - Military Heritage Day.  12-4pm.  A special event in conjunction with our Over Here: The New Jersey Home Front WWI centennial exhibition opening on April 6th.  Join us as we honor the centennial anniversary of the United States’ entry into the Great War as well as honor the American veterans of all wars. Reenactors, artifacts, vehicles and more ranging from the Civil War through WWII will be on display for visitors.  A memorial service will also be part of the day’s program.  Free to all active military, veterans and their families. Includes children’s and family activities too!  


April 23 - Member’s Day and Annual Meeting featuring a presentation of The Circus Comes to Town by Jim Davidson, expert on the Lindbergh Kidnapping and the Lindbergh family.  Mr. Davidson will be speaking on the many “oddities” that took place in Flemington during the famous trial of suspected-kidnapper Bruno Hauptmann.  Guided tours and blacksmith demonstrations available to all visitors after the meeting.  Details coming soon!


April 29 - Ghost and Folklore Tour. Our popular tour is back!  Tour the museum after hours in the dark and hear the stories of the ghosts that are said to haunt our buildings.  Afterwards, enjoy a private viewing of some of the more macabre objects in the museum’s collection.  Not recommended for young children - parental discretion strongly suggested. Details coming soon!


May 6 - Day at the Races - a Kentucky Derby Party to benefit the Red Mill Museum Village and honor our Guardians of History award recipients. At Hawk Pointe Golf Club. 4pm.


Test your luck and win prizes with "Win, Place or Show" at the horse race games, and dress it up for our ladies' best hat and men's best race day attire contests.


With music, dancing, mint juleps and plenty to eat, it’s going to be a great night out while supporting the Red Mill Museum Village. It's a Fun-Fundraiser!
